What is the relationship between power, ethics people, fairness, TV, wealth, corruption and moral?

These are some consequences of the use of power.

When the power is used for good actions there exists ethics, moral and fairness for the people.

And when power is used for bad things there is corruption, an example is when the TV is used to control people's mind and produce wealth.
